Are you a Workshop Manager or similar with a background in engineering or similar looking for an autonomous role with a chance to manage your own team of engineers and provide excellent customer service?

In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of workshop engineers, ensuring high performance standards are maintained across all operations. You will oversee the maintenance and servicing of plant and vehicles to ensure regulatory compliance and operational reliability, while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement in line with company policies and procedures.

This role would suit a Workshop Manager or similar with a background in engineering or similar looking for an autonomous role with a chance to manage your own team of engineers.

The Role:

• Lead and motivate a team of workshop engineers, monitoring performance, setting objectives, and providing support to ensure high standards of productivity and workmanship.
• Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and inspection of plant and vehicles
• Drive a strong health, safety, quality, and environmental culture by implementing company procedures and carrying out regular workplace inspections and audits.
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

The Person:

• Service Engineer from an agricultural, plant machinery, or similar
• Commutable to Ludlow
• Workshop Manager or similar
